No one will be meeting at the Sir George-Etienne Cartier Monument in Mont Royal to celebrate 420 this year. Instead, there’s a virtual gathering taking place live on Facebook on April 20 at 4:20 p.m. The event will run for two hours and will feature several musicians, artists and comedians.
